Chiropractic Care for Female Health & Wellness

Trust your gut, girl.

You know something isn’t right - with your cycle, with your energy levels, with your mood swings, with your cravings, with your anxiety, with your cramps. Other doctors have given their two cents… hormonal birth control, antidepressants, or possibly worse, the unhelpful advice of “every woman deals with this,” or “you just need to lose weight,” or “get used to it,” or “this is normal.”

Dr. Camille believes you deserve better.

If you’re looking for a doctor that actively listens, thoroughly evaluates, and genuinely wishes to help you heal from the inside out, then we are so happy you are here.

You might be asking: how does this work?

Your spine, along with the rest of your nervous system, controls every biological process in your body - including the operation of the organs and the secretion of the hormones responsible for your cycle, your mood, your cramps, and your cravings.

Your health history matters.

Your first appointment will be around 45 minutes in a one-on-one setting with Dr. Camille. Get ready to talk about everything from the concussion you had in high school to the drama at work that’s occupying your mind to trouble at home. Environmental, physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors all play a role in how effectively (or ineffectively) your brain is communicating with your body.

Our INSiGHT scanning technology offers a non-invasive, radiation-free way for Dr. Camille to take a snapshot of your nervous system’s function. How efficiently is your body processing stress? How much energy are your muscles wasting just to help you sit or stand? Are any segments of your spine causing a chain reaction of imbalances?

Dr. Camille will use the answers to these questions to craft a female health care plan with your name on it - literally. This is an all-inclusive plan comprised of your chiropractic care, as well as lifestyle, diet, and supplement recommendations.

Does this sound like you?

  • You’re supposed to be in the prime of your life in your 20s & 30s. Instead, at least a quarter of each month is stolen by moderate to severe PMS symptoms. You’re holding on to weight you can’t explain. Coffee has become more of a need than a want.

  • Your period is missing, incredibly inconsistent, strangely light, or cripplingly painful. You’ve made plans and had to cancel them because of your cycle.

  • You’re {still} adjusting to adulting after college. You’re an overworked teacher, nurse, or young professional. The stress is starting to cause physical symptoms like neck and shoulder tension, headaches, tingling or numbness, ringing ears, or pinching in your upper back.

  • You may occasionally experience anxiety, panic, or depression. Perhaps you’ve sought a diagnosis. Perhaps you’ve been disappointed by the options presented to you as you attempt to improve your mental health.

  • It’s your desire to start a family in the future, but you have some concerns about your fertility after struggling with your cycle for years. Note: if you are interested in a fertility-specific protocol, please visit our Fertility page.

  • In your heart, you want to stay active, get outside, volunteer at church, cook, decorate, make a home, or go out on the town with your spouse, but your body has no energy left for hobbies. You consider that you might already be on the verge of burnout.

Yes, yes, and another yes?

Unfortunately, these things are all super common, but they’re not normal. Despite what you’ve been told, you don’t need to live like this.
