💛 Dr. Camille’s Baby Registry Favorites: My Must-Haves for a Healthy, Happy Start
As both a chiropractor and a mom, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to prepare not just for baby’s arrival—but for your body and your family’s health through every stage of the journey. Whether you’re a first-time mom or welcoming another little one, your baby registry is a perfect opportunity to set yourself up for success (and sanity!) from day one.
So many registries focus on cute outfits and gadgets (which are fun, don’t get me wrong!), but I wanted to share my true essentials—the things that support your and baby’s comfort, development, and overall wellness. Over the next few blogs, I’ll be breaking down my favorite products and explaining why they’ve earned a spot on my “Dr. Camille Approved” list. 🌿
👶 Why This Series?
At Early Beginnings Chiropractic, we care deeply about helping families thrive—starting before baby is even born. From prenatal chiropractic care that helps your body prepare for labor to gentle newborn adjustments that ease tension after birth, we know how connected your health is to your baby’s.
That same holistic philosophy applies to how I build my baby registry. Every item on my list is designed to:
Support baby’s nervous system and development đź§
Encourage safe, natural movement and bonding 🤱
Simplify postpartum life for mom đź’›
🌿 My Top 5 Baby Registry Basics (Part 1)
1️ Car Seat
A car seat that is convertible for warm weather and a carrier that is helpful for cold Wisconsin winters.
2️ Stroller
An absolute game-changer for moms! Get something high to save your back, or a wagon that can continue to grow with your family.
3️ Diapers
All babies need diapering! For clean disposables, I like Pura. For organic cotton cloth diapers, I like Esembly.
4 Organic Cotton Receiving Blankets/Swaddles and Sheets
These are a clean option for keeping baby cozy.
5 A Way To Feed Your Baby
If you are breastfeeding you will need comfy bras. If you are bottle feeding, I recommend glass bottles like Dr. Brown
✨ Coming Up Next:
In the next post of this series, I’ll share my mom must haves—products that help mom heal and enter the postpartum era naturally and effectively.
Until then, remember: the best registry items are the ones that make your parenting journey calmer, more connected, and full of confidence. đź’•
