We’ll talk about what’s “normal” (and what’s not), how to support your body as it heals, and how to create a postpartum plan that includes real rest, nourishing food, and meaningful support.
You’ll also learn about newborn care, including feeding, sleep, diapering, and the importance of connection through skin-to-skin contact and responsive care. We’ll discuss choices like vitamin K, eye ointment, and circumcision with informed consent in mind, so you can make decisions that feel right for your family.
